The hotel had a nice view of the Kinneret from the balcony, but the tired rooms needed refurbishing and were not clean. The service was lacking in responsiveness and had a lethargic attitude towards housekeeping. The location was good, although a little far from the center, but the convenient access and friendly staff saved it from a lower rating. The dining experience was a letdown with cold, average food and lack of variety. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent.

I had a memorable stay at the hotel with some ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony where we could enjoy a breathtaking sunrise, perfect for a family of 5. However, the service was a bit of a letdown with staff being unpleasant and impatient at times. The location saved the day as it offered a beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee, although some parts of the hotel needed refurbishment. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but overall, the hotel provided a variety of meal options.
